David graduated from Cambridge University Veterinary School in 1992 and joined the Royal Army Veterinary Corps where he worked clinical and managerial roles in the UK, Hong Kong and Cyprus. David then spent a number of years as Director of Operations and Veterinary Advisor at an international equine organisation before leaving to set up VetCell BioScience and concentrate on developing practical applications for the stem cell therapy being developed at the Royal Veterinary College London. David is Hon. Treasurer of the British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA), veterinary representative to the British Horse Industry Confederation, sits on the UK Horse Industry Strategy Steering Committee and is an occasional Jockey Club Veterinary Officer.
